Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
  
• If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your credit card or the original method of payment.

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
